Sunsilk is on a global mission to unlock opportunities for young girls on the verge of adulthood to begin their journey towards their aspirations. In Myanmar, Sunsilk girls desire to pursue their dreams and passions to succeed in life. However, many of them encountered limitations and disadvantages in 2021 as a result of the closure of learning institutions, with little to no learning progress or a chance for them to share knowledge and encourage each other.

To inspire Myanmar girls to explore their dreams and passions despite the challenges they faced, we launched a free skills-based online learning academy with their top subject interests. We partnered with local female mentors to create masterclasses in their respective professional fields and provide first-hand insider training. To further motivate the Sunsilk girls community, we interviewed the mentors and shared their real-life success stories.
